The back pulley attachment for the Ascend Power Cage is perfect if you plan on doing more isolated exercises such as the infamous seated cable row, lat pulldowns or tricep pulldowns. The attachment comes with the pulley attachment a basic lat pulldown bar and a basic short straight bar for tricep pulldowns or bicep curls.

The back pulley attachment can be combine with our Ascend cast iron or bumper plates for optimal compatibility. The bars on either side can be loaded with any 2-inch holed plates.
